Canceling Your Subscription

You can cancel your subscription at anytime by following the steps below.

1. Have an Account Admin sign account into your SupportSystem account.
2. Navigate to the Account Panel > Subscription tab.
3. Click the Cancel Subscription button located at the top right of the page.
4. You will be asked to enter your account number, along with a CAPTCHA check before proceeding.
5. Select Yes, Delete to proceed with the cancellation.
6. Lastly, you will be redirected to a page confirming that the account is no longer active.
